Had perfectly pleasant stay for visit to Northants and the weather was warm. The hotel has magnificent and ideal location near the restaurant at exactly 9am and a pub nearby. Furthermore, in beautiful grounds in a truly lovely area...

The location was unbeatable and the staff was hard-working and exceptional during the whole stay! Apart from that, St Mark's Church was 10 minutes away by driving. I booked airy suite here with a new soft carpet, very large TV, shower. The meals in the restaurant were fab.

The hotel is nicely presented, with picturesque views, wonderful location separate to main activities. The pool area is very clean too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Very friendly waitresses in the restaurant and front of house staff.
It is really designed for large groups attending a conference. Thin walls so woken in early hours by some people returning to their rooms having been drinking. Therefore did not have a good sleep and as breakfast is in such a small time scale, missed it. If you are in a small group it is not comfortable when dining with those in large groups or in the bar with large groups as it does not create a relaxing atmosphere. Th e photgraph on site is misleading in that it looks like a beautiful manor house but inside is vast with no small areas. Buildings with the bedrooms looked more like a campas. Pool insignificant considering the amount of guests you cater for.

Would recommend for a weekend jaunt
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a lovely bar area, and we particularly enjoyed the well-maintained indoor swimming pool, and the convenient free parking made exploring the city hassle-free.
Everything exceeded my hopes.

Relaxing getaway with perks
The room was tidy, and that big bed helped me sleep like a baby. Food was delicious, especially the brekkie! Got to chill by the pool. Only thing was the room decor could use an update. Friendly staff made it all easier.

The swimming pool, sauna & jacuzi.
Even though the heating was on full in the room, it still wasn't warm enough. Everywhere in the hotel seemed warmer than our room. Quality of the breakfast buffet not high enough.
